Friends...good friends are a blessing, not so much for the fact that *you* can pick up the phone and ask to be listened to, but more importantly for the fact that *they* will give you very honest feedback, often when you least want to hear it.
It takes a minimum amount of time to build honesty and that's one of the problems that people who move around a lot face; as soon as they build relationships based on honesty, they have to move away from them. I wish that dip kid hadn' t left the UK, I was just starting to get 'honest' with him
Anyway, one of my best friends is getting married next month and easter weekend was probably the last weekend of me sleeping over at hers. Of course, she will probably still come down and sleep over at mine..life is unfair
She's the one person I have listened to the most, even when I think she is talking without experience. She's the one who has stopped me doing very radical things like moving places, changing careers, falling for certain people, urging me to finish part 3 and get more disciplined first. It's not that I will always follow her advice, but I will always consider it. That's quite a rare find I guess. I trust that as we grow older the truthfulness and closeness will grow too.

have you ever played a pc game called 'the sims'? it is a similation of a community where the sims (people) have to go to work to make money to buy food, and contact their friends in order to keep relationship score up. sims can do this by phone, inviting friends over, or calling them out on a day trip to say the theme park. it is pretty realistic don't you think?
i am not married yet so you are most welcome to come stay! i will kick piggy back to his parent's when you come! ha ha! wait, i will keep him until he makes dinner, then kick him out. ha ha!!
discipline is something we can all work on a little more. Having the heart to pursue what you need to is half the battle I would believe...
